Settlements Page: KPIs, Monthly Summary, CSV Export for Finance
The H8 settlements view with volume, fee revenue, dispute rate, and a per-row export for the month-end close.
Finance teams don’t want to navigate per-deal pages to figure out the month. They want a summary, a few KPIs, and an export they can paste into the close. The H8 settlements page (/escrow/settlements) is built around that need.
The KPI strip
At the top: total volume held, total released, total refunded, total split, platform fee revenue, dispute rate (disputes opened ÷ deals), average resolution time. Period-toggle (this month, last month, quarter, custom range). The KPIs are the data the finance lead glances at first.
Monthly summary
Below the KPIs: a per-month table with the same KPIs by row, twelve months back. Trends in the dispute rate, the average resolution time, the platform fee revenue. The chart on top of the table makes the trends visible at a glance.
Per-deal table
Below the summary: every settlement in the period, sortable and filterable. Columns: deal ID, escrow ID, parties, amount, platform fee, seller payout, buyer refund, status, currency, exchange rate, settlement date. The CSV export drops this exact view into a spreadsheet — used for the month-end close, for VAT reporting, for the kind of reconciliation that finance teams do every cycle.
The fees page
/escrow/fees is the breakdown view: fee revenue per category, per buyer, per seller, per outcome (release / refund / split). Used for the analysis question "who is generating fee revenue and who is generating disputes." Both numbers matter for platform health.
