Get more for your retired hardware. With less work.

Publish one pickup request. Certified IT Asset Disposition partners submit competing bids on price, certifications, services, and SLA. You award the bid you choose. Pickup, data erasure, certificates, and settlement — all in one dashboard.

Why companies pick ReVend OS for their decommissioning.

Four reasons that hold up whether you process one fleet a year or one a week.

Better prices through real competition

Multiple certified ITADs review the same request and submit competing bids in a fixed window. You see every offer side-by-side: price, services, certifications, SLA. The market sets the value, not a single negotiation. The winning bid is usually higher than what any one vendor would have quoted on its own — that is the whole point.

Guaranteed quality through standardisation

Every bidding ITAD shows their active certifications (R2v3, e-Stewards, ISO 14001, ADISA) right on the bid. Service codes are standardised — “certified erasure” means the same thing whichever ITAD you award to, because the catalog is shared. You compare like with like. No more reading between the lines of three different proposals.

Audit-ready, by default

Per-drive NIST 800-88 erasure certificates. Per-asset chain of custody. Compliance documentation that builds itself as the work happens. Audit asks for proof of erasure on a specific laptop? You search by serial. The certificate is right there. The auditor moves on. So do you.

One source of truth, one shared record

Every pickup gets a record: status, schedule, manifest, weights, certificates, settlement, invoice. CFO, IT manager, compliance lead — they all see the same page. No forwarded email threads. No spreadsheet that lives in someone’s downloads folder. Six months from now, you find it again in five seconds.

How it works, in three steps.

No procurement cycle. No RFP template. No long-form contract before you see your first bid.

1

Tell us what you’ve got

Submit a pickup request: what devices, how many, where, and when. Indicate your data-security and disposition requirements. Five minutes; no signup required to start.

2

Compare structured bids

Within the window you set (24 hours for Express, 5 days for Standard), certified ITADs that match your location and certification needs submit bids. You see them inside your dashboard — price, services, certifications, trust score, SLA — and award the one you choose.

3

Pickup, processing, payout

The winning ITAD confirms the pickup window within 24 hours, collects on the agreed day, and processes through their certified workflow. Erasure certificates appear in your dashboard as they’re generated. Settlement is calculated against the awarded bid and paid through the agreed terms.

Why working through ReVend OS feels different.

The platform takes the things that are usually ad-hoc and makes them structured. That is what changes the experience — both for you and for the ITADs you work with.

Coverage matching

Your request goes only to ITADs that cover your location and hold the certifications you require. Vendors that cannot deliver simply do not bid — so by the time you compare offers, every one of them is workable.

SLA windows you set

Standard within 5 business days. Express within 24 hours. Urgent same-day. You pick the window when you publish, and bids come from ITADs that have committed to hit it.

Trust scores from real data

Every ITAD on the platform carries a trust score calculated from their last hundred pickups: SLA hit rate, certificate timeliness, customer-acceptance rate, response time. You see the score on every bid before you award.

Disputes handled in context

If something needs sorting after pickup, the platform holds the agreed terms, the manifest, the certificates, and the settlement — so the conversation starts from a shared truth, not from forwarded email chains.

The price you’re quoted is the price the market sets.

The bidding window is fixed. The field is wide. Each certified ITAD puts their best number on the table because someone else is putting theirs down right next to it. Price discovery happens because the structure makes it possible — not because anyone is negotiating harder.

Once the bid is awarded, every step that follows — pickup, transit, receipt, erasure, settlement — is logged against the same record. So the price the market set is also the price you can defend, with evidence, to your CFO, to your auditor, and to the version of yourself that’ll need to look this up two years from now.

And it’s free for you. ReVend takes a small commission from the winning ITAD on the awarded amount, never from you. You receive what the bid says, on the terms you accepted. The vendors absorb the platform cost as their cost of acquiring your business.

Things people ask before they sign up.

What kind of devices can I trade in?

Anything an ITAD would touch: laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, phones and tablets, networking gear, printers. From single-pallet decommissions to multi-truckload lease returns. If you’re not sure, submit the request — the form lets you ballpark categories, and you’ll see whether bids come in.

How is my data protected?

Drives stay with the device until the ITAD’s certified facility, where they are wiped per NIST 800-88 (Purge or Destroy depending on what you specified) and a per-drive certificate is generated. The chain of custody — pickup, transit, receipt, erasure — is logged in the dashboard. If your security policy requires on-site destruction, ITADs that offer it indicate that on their bid.

How fast can a pickup happen?

You set the window when you publish the request. Standard targets a 5-business-day pickup. Express targets 24 hours. Urgent targets same-day. Only ITADs that can hit the window bid — so the offers you compare have already committed to your date.

What does this cost me?

Nothing. ReVend takes a small commission from the winning ITAD on the awarded amount, never from you. The amount they bid is the amount you receive, on the agreed terms. No setup fees, no platform fees, no per-request fees on your side.

How are the ITADs vetted?

Every ITAD on the platform holds at least one of R2v3, e-Stewards, or ISO 14001, and the certifications they hold are visible on every bid. Their trust score is calculated from how their last hundred pickups actually went — not the brochure they sent. You see the score before you award, alongside the certifications, services, and SLA.

What happens if a pickup needs adjusting?

You raise it inside the dashboard. The pickup record holds the agreed terms, the manifest, the certificates, and the settlement, so the conversation starts from a shared truth. Most issues are clarifications about counts or grades; the platform’s logs settle them quickly.

Can multiple people from my company use the account?

Yes. Once you’re signed up, you invite teammates with roles — admin, requester, approver, viewer — so the person who submits the request, the manager who approves the award, and the finance lead who reviews the settlement all see the right thing.
