Where we are. Where we're going.
We ship continuously. This is not a roadmap where features go to die.
This is a list of things that are done, things being built right now, and things we're planning next — in that order of certainty.
Shipped
Done. In production. You can use it today.
Core Operations
The complete warehouse brain. Receiving, testing, grading, erasure, storage, workflows, contracts, settlements — all on real data, all talking to each other.
Market Trading
Verified listings, batch builder, deal rooms, intent matching, trust scores, tags & internal notes, channel-history timeline, bulk unpublish, quick-pill state filters. The stock-list-email replacement.
Auction Platform
English ascending auctions live, with anti-sniping protection. End-of-lot settlement cron picks the winner, captures the deposit, transfers inventory in Core, and writes the settlement row without a human in the loop. Dutch, Sealed, and Japanese formats on the roadmap.
Auction Buy Now
Sellers can set a buy-now price on live lots. A buyer can close the auction immediately, after which the same deal, outbound, and escrow chain continues without side routes.
Escrow & Finance
Escrow accounts, deposits, disputes, monthly settlements, transaction fees. The trust layer that lets strangers trade confidently.
ITAD Workflow Engine
Company ↔ contract ↔ workflow ↔ asset stages, wired end to end. A contract advances its linked assets through stages; completing a stage can auto-generate the next artefact (settlement, inbound order, market listing). No more tracking progress in a head.
Public REST API & Webhooks
API keys, scoped read/write endpoints for assets, inbound orders, documents, listings, and events, OpenAPI docs, per-key rate limits, IP allowlists, idempotency, and webhook retries. Integrations get a contract, not a polite CSV export.
Notifications & Realtime
Supabase Realtime on the deal room, a notifications table, a bell in the top bar, event-driven triggers on every state change that matters, preferences so you pick what wakes you up, email delivery via Resend, and a daily digest that rolls up everything quiet into one morning summary.
Photos & Evidence
A proper photos datamodel, a QR-scan mobile capture page, client-side compression, thumbnails at upload, a photos tab on every asset, a tenant-wide photos library, and Evidence Packages that replace the old “Defect Export” filing.
Erasure Evidence Imports
Blancco CSV/XML/API and regular import paths attach wipe proof at asset level, show readiness, failed states, source documents, and unmatched reports. The certificate ends up where the auditor will ask for it.
Document Sharing & Access History
Customer-visible documents are explicit, downloads fail closed for audit-sensitive files, and admins can see who accessed which certificate, invoice, or evidence bundle.
Sellable Layer
A separate layer over Core assets with a Quality Score, plus a home for the non-core stuff (spares, accessories, decommissioning leftovers). CSV import with a wizard, per-item photos and documents, a stale-threshold cron that quietly unpublishes listings that have been sitting too long.
Multi-format Inventory Ingest
Non-Core tenants can import CSV, XLSX, XML, or JSON, push sellable assets through the API, group them into lots, and publish to Market or Auction with webhooks. Useful for teams with an existing ERP that still want ReVend OS’s sales layer.
End-to-end Collections
Schedule a pickup, confirm the slot, assign a driver, mark it delivered — and the inbound order creates itself with the client, contact, and contract already filled in.
Pickup Sourcing & Trade-in Portal
Corporate customers publish pickup requests through the trade-in portal; ITADs discover, quote, and win them in Sourcing. Awarding a bid creates the collection and inbound order, so the sales promise becomes operational work.
Receiving Sessions
Receiving is a proper session now, with a start, an end, and a signed handoff that says "these assets are inventory, stop asking." No more Schrödinger’s pallets.
Touch Receiving & Testing
iPad-friendly receiving and testing routes with large scan-first controls, QR open-on-iPad links from desktop, and touch grading tiles for operators working at the pallet instead of at a desk.
Configurable Dashboard
Forty-seven widgets, five role-based presets (Warehouse Ops, Sales, Finance, Platform Admin, Executive). Drag, resize, remove, save multiple layouts.
Full Database Migration
Forty tables in Supabase. Every Core page running on real data. The mock data era is over and nobody’s sending flowers.
Multi-warehouse
Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brussels — or wherever you operate. Each with zones, racks, positions, and capacity tracking.
Barcode Scanning
Five modes for receiving, lookup, warehouse moves, testing, and outbound. Works with USB wedge scanners and your phone camera. Code128 on rack labels, CSV export wired, camera-fallback for Safari and Firefox.
Currency & Locale
147 real currencies with live exchange rates that refresh every morning. Configurable date formats. One formatting function replaced thirty-four copies of the same code.
Compliance Catalog
Twenty-four certifications (R2v3, NAID AAA, B Corp, e-Stewards, ISO 14001, and so on) with issuing bodies, scopes, and renewal periods. Toggle the ones your org cares about, add the niche ones nobody else has heard of.
Trust Profile & Scoring
Five-dimensional trust per company: completion rate, deal volume, recency, response-time bands, and verified-cert weight — with dispute-fault folded in from H-keten. Auto-recomputes the moment a certificate flips. Tier badges (platinum / gold / silver / bronze). Tunable per platform from the admin scoring page.
Auction Integrity
Anti-gaming detection at placeBid: rapid-bid bursts and retraction patterns, cached on the bidder for fast checks. Three-strikes auto-ban: three escrow-deposit timeouts in 180 days and the bidder is blocklisted by trigger. Channel-exclusivity guard prevents the same batch from publishing to market and auction at once. No-sale auto-relist when a lot doesn’t hit reserve.
Demanufacturing
Component-batch create + harvest workflow with metadata, tenant-configurable sellable-quality gate, and a separate parts inventory. The platform finally agrees that taking a server apart is its own kind of work.
Auto-Grading
One-click apply in the tester UI. Tenant-defined criteria for functional, cosmetic, battery, and data grades — the engine combines them into the overall A-R grade, the human approves with a click instead of typing it from scratch.
Compliance Reports
Mass-balance and ESG reports with period-picker and company-filter. Order-shipped fallback when settlement data is still in flight, so the auditor doesn’t see a blank quarter when the books just haven’t closed yet.
Cycle Counts
Plan, count, reconcile. Schedule the count, assign it, walk the rack, mark variances, post the reconciliation. Inventory accuracy as a cadence instead of a panic.
Self-Service Collection Requests
A public five-step form (Contact → Items → Logistics → Schedule → Review) where prospects request a pickup themselves: preferred date, device count, special requirements. The request lands as a draft in the operator’s queue with the data already structured.
Activity Audit Trail
Server-side mutations, sensitive document access, cron outcomes, admin overrides, and security failures write structured Activity events. Compliance can answer "what happened" with rows, not memories.
Building now
In progress. Has a developer. Has a deadline. Will ship before launch.
Visual Workflow Builder UI
The engine is live. The drag-and-drop pipeline editor that lets non-engineers author new workflows is the next step. Different client types, contract types, and device categories without a deployment.
Client Portal (authenticated)
Give your clients a login. Let them track their orders, view settlements, download certificates, and request repeat collections without filling the public form again. Stop forwarding PDFs via email like it’s 2008.
Blancco Deep Integration
Bi-directional sync. Erasure jobs pushed to Blancco, results pulled back automatically. Per-drive, per-standard, with zero manual intervention.
ERP Connectors
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite. Bi-directional. So your ERP knows what happened in the warehouse without anyone re-typing serial numbers.
Accounting Connectors
Exact, Xero, QuickBooks. Invoices and settlements pushed straight into your books so the monthly close stops involving a CSV round-trip.
Planned
Designed. Scoped. Waiting for its turn. Early Access Partners vote on priority.
Mobile App
Warehouse scanning and grading from your phone. For when the desktop is 40 metres away and you’re standing next to a pallet that needs checking in.
AI Grading Assist
Photograph the device. Get a suggested cosmetic grade. The human still decides — but the human starts with a suggestion instead of a blank form.
Automated Pricing Engine
Market-aware pricing suggestions based on grade, category, age, and recent sale prices on the platform.
Multi-entity Management
For operations that run multiple legal entities under one roof. Shared warehouse, separate books. Common enough in ITAD, supported by nobody.
Sustainability Dashboard (Public)
A client-facing view of the environmental impact of their ITAD program. CO₂ avoided, materials recovered, devices given a second life.
